Orbit Fleet is able to provide a dedicated support service of Accident Management to those involved in a road traffic. Our services are available to both the fleet operator and the private motorist alike and facilitate both comprehensive or third party insured; whether the vehicle is repairable or a total loss.
Summary of Services
Replacement Vehicles
Orbit Fleet are providers of replacement vehicles (often referred to within the insurance industry as Credit Hire) to those involved in an accident that was someone else's fault (non-fault).
Conventionally you would hire a vehicle, pay for this in advance and then reclaim these costs from the other party's insurers who were responsible for the accident.
For many this is not economically practical however help is at hand with our credit hire facilities which we have in place with the Association of British Insurers Credit Hire scheme (ABI GTA).
Subject to an initial vetting procedure we are able to provide the non-fault customer with a suitable vehicle whilst the customer's vehicle is off the road. This may be whilst the vehicle is in for repairs or whilst settlement is being obtained if the vehicle is "wriiten off" or known as a total loss.
The charges for the hire vehicle are then presented through to the third party insurers as we have agreements with many insurers via our subscription to the Association of British Insurers (www.abi.org.uk) Third Party Car Hire Scheme (ABI GTA).
All of our claims are strictly dealt with on a no win, no fee basis with the added reassurance that no deductions will be made to costs are paid by the third party insurer.
Through our extensive fleet of vehicles, we are able to provide replacement vehicle to the non-fault party involved in a road traffic accident. Where possible we provide each client with an equivalent vehicle.

Uninsured Losses
We are able to pursue other losses that have directly arisen fom a non-fault accident. These may typically include Policy Excess, Loss of Earning, Loss of Profit (if self employed), Damaged items in the Vehicle and Personal Injury Compensation.
